Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit will need to be paid within 24 hours of accepting or the order will be canceled. Rush orders (Under 2 weeks is considered a rush order) will need to be paid 100% with in 24 hours of accepting. 

• Canceling 2 weeks before your pick up date you will get 100% of your deposit back. If you cancel within those 2 weeks you will only get 1/2 of what you paid back. Rush orders that cancel will not get a refund.

• Orders will need to be paid in full a week before pick up date or the order will be cancelled.

• I DO NOT COPY CAKES, COOKIES, CAKE POPS, AND CAKESICLES. Even my own, to perfectly replicate any cake is nearly impossible. 

• I prefer no pick ups on Saturdays or Sundays. If pick up could be on the Friday before event that would be best. NO picks ups on Holidays. 

• Kt Baking Co is not responsible for any damage to products after being picked up, and the customer is responsible for correct care and handling.

• Wedding Orders A 50% deposit will need to be paid within 24 hours of accepting or the order will be canceled. I do not accept Rush orders (Under 2 weeks is considered a rush order) for weddings. The final payment will be due 3 weeks before your delivery date. If you cancel 3 weeks before your delivery date you will get 100% of your deposit back. If you cancel within those 3 weeks you will only get 50% of what you paid back. If you cancel the week before/of there is NO REFUND. I am newer to wedding cakes, while I am learning and testing things out I will discount all Wedding orders by 10%. I do not provide cake stands or cutting utensil. I suggest getting a cake stand that is at least 2 inches bigger than the base cake

• Any special request or changes (dye free, ingredient changes, food allergies, etc.) please email ktbakingco@gmail.com. Or put in the QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS box. I am more than willing to work with any request to the best I can, please understand that not all request can be meet.

• All cakes, cookies, cakepops, cakesicles, icing, fillings and frostings may contain, or come into contact with soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly I will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the products. All products are made to be eaten on the day of celebration.
